- Daily rates
are available
spring, fall and winter. Check with us for spring and fall
weekend getaways! Daily rentals may begin and end on any day of the
week. Guests will be charged for all dates reserved. NO
refunds for early departure.
- Weekly cottage rentals run
from 3:00 p.m. on Saturday to 8:30 a.m. the following Saturday.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, your cottage will not be
ready before 3:00 p.m.
Note: A 3-night minimum on holidays and local festivities.
- Rentals subject to 10%
state and local taxes.
- Extra persons over
occupancy are charged $15.00 per night or $75.00 per week. This
includes children of any age. Cribs and high chairs are
available at no charge. No credit cards please.
- Visitor Policy
- As a registered guest at Fath's North Shore, you
are invited to have guests one afternoon during your stay at no
charge. For any additional visit you will be charged the extra
person rate. For the safety and comfort of everyone, visiting
guests MUST register at the office.
- Deposits &
Reservations - A $400 deposit per week, or 1 night deposit
per weekend, is required to hold your
reservation. Refunds will be made only if a cancellation is
filled; a $25 handling charge will be deducted.
- Phone reservations
will be held for only 7 days without a deposit.
- You will be charged for any damage to
the cottage.

kitchen with microwave, living room with fireplace, TV, VCR, bath with
tub and shower. Deck overlooks Big St. Germain Lake. Bed linens
furnished. We do not furnish towels. Please bring your own. 14-ft
aluminum boat and Weber grill included. |

| A new 4-bedroom private home on Big St. Germain Lake |
The Osprey, a brand new home with a private setting on the north shore of Big St. Germain Lake. This executive home, with modern amenities, Northwoods decor, beautiful lake views, four bedrooms, and three baths offers all the necessities of home and is a great Northwoods vacation, indoor and out.
The Great Room on the main level offers a spectacular view of Big St. Germain Lake. The dining area and custom kitchen flow nicely from the Great Room into an open living concept. The main level also offers a stone fireplace, master bedroom with attached bath, another bedroom and bath, and a large wraparound deck.
A walkout lower level extends your living space, as well as easy access to level lake frontage. This level, with another perfect view of the lake, has a large living room with a bar, two bedrooms, and bath.

- From Minocqua/Woodruff take Hwy 51 N to Hwy 70 E. Take Hwy 70 E to Hwy C. Turn left on Hwy C, drive 3 miles to Big St. Germain Drive. Check in at North Shore Rentals. The Osprey is 0.5 miles past North Shore Rentals, 8481 Big St. Germain Drive.

ISLAND VIEW - Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath private home overlooking a spectacular view of the island on Big St. Germain Lake.
The UPPER LEVEL offers a fully equipped kitchen with an open concept living area, floor to ceiling windows, one full bath and one bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a queen and twin in the other. A cozy stone fireplace makes it complete, along with a large deck overlooking the lake.
